Nopiming Provincial Park

Nopiming Provincial Park features towering granite outcrops, stands of black spruce and more than 700 lakes. “Nopiming” means “entrance to the wilderness” in Anishinabe and indeed a good portion of the park is not accessible by road. There can be particularly good bird viewing during fall migration at Maberly Lake.
