Immerse yourself in a diverse area where over 200 species of prairie, parkland and boreal forest birds have been recorded in Birds Hill Provincial Park. Conveniently located just outside Winnipeg, the park features esker ridges, dry prairie, wet meadows, and bogs along with aspen-oak and boreal forests. Wander the Cedar Bog Trail or climb the gentle Chickadee Trail to reach a viewing tower. Don’t be surprised if a white-tailed deer sprints across the path in front of you.
